The Department of Homeland Security releases a new web site. 

The Department of Homeland Security,  Secretary Tom Ridge released information on a new Homeland web site, www.ready.gov.  The new website give reference to the National Red Cross and refer people to their local Red Cross Chapter.  The link to the National site is not working at this time.
